🛍 Orders & Customization
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most Dealvie™ products are made to order, and many items — such as our custom napkins and coffee cup sleeves — are designed and produced by our own team. This allows us to create personalized pieces made especially for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin production quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Changes or cancellations may be possible only if production has not yet started.
Because our products are custom-made, orders are considered final sale once production begins.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dealvie.com.
What if I made a mistake with my personalization?
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error immediately after checkout, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help if production has not started yet.
Once an item is in production, we’re unable to make changes.
Will I receive a proof of my personalized order?
It depends on the type of personalization:
Simple personalization
For items with a fixed design where we only personalize names, dates, or short text, no digital proof is sent. These orders are printed exactly as entered at checkout.
Complex personalization or custom work
For more detailed or custom items — such as pet portraits, custom layouts, or design-based personalization — we will send a digital proof by email before production begins.
What happens after a proof is sent?
Once a proof is sent:

Please review the proof carefully and respond as soon as possible
If we do not receive approval within 3 business days, we reserve the right to:

proceed with printing the order as shown in the proof, or

cancel the order and issue a refund

Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as proof emails may occasionally be filtered.
Delays in approval may result in delayed shipping or order cancellation.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long after ordering is my order shipped?
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Where do you ship from?
We ship most orders from Florida, USA.
Some items may ship from other U.S. locations if fulfilled by one of our trusted production partners to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with major, reliable carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional delivery partners.
For international shipments, your local postal service may complete the final delivery.
📦 Issues, Remakes & Quality
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us at info@dealvie.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the issue
If the item arrived damaged or there was a manufacturer-caused defect, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you offer remakes or refunds?
We offer remakes only if:

The item arrived damaged, or

There was a manufacturing or production error
Because our items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or remakes for:

Customer preference

Incorrect personalization details provided at checkout

Minor variations that are inherent to custom products
My item looks slightly different than the online listing — is that normal?
We do our best to accurately represent all products. Some listings use digital mockups or life-like renderings, which may result in slight variations in color, size, or placement.
These small differences are normal for custom-made items.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact our support team for review.
🌍 Customs, Taxes & International Orders
Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local tax authority for details on applicable import fees.
