HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.


WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We ship using major, trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional partners.
For international orders, your local postal service may complete the final delivery once the package enters your country.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship most orders from Florida, USA. Some items may ship from other U.S. locations if they are fulfilled by one of our trusted production partners to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USA: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 4–10 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.


I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at info@dealvie.com and include your order number from your confirmation email or SMS.
Our support team will assist you with tracking your order.


CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES

We provide all required customs documentation to help ensure smooth delivery.

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local tax authority for details on applicable import fees.


CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REMAKES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We begin production as quickly as possible.
Depending on the order status, changes or cancellations may be possible only if production has not yet started.

Because most of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, they are considered final sale once production begins.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.


DAMAGED OR MANUFACTURING ISSUE — REMAKES

We offer remakes only if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, or

  • There was a manufacturer-caused defect or production error

If this applies, please contact info@dealvie.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Remakes are not offered for customer preference, incorrect information provided at checkout, or minor variations inherent to custom-made products.


PRODUCT APPEARANCE

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONLINE LISTING

We make every effort to accurately represent all products. Some listings use digital mockups or life-like renderings to showcase designs, which may result in slight variations in color, size, or placement.

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact our support team with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
